Each Awards PIN is valid for one e-Movie Cash certificate each UP TO $12.00 for theatrical showings of LES MISERABLES, LINCOLN, SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK, and THE MASTER at participating theaters. Your Awards PIN is valid at this site until 1/5/2013. Your printed e-Movie Cash certificate(s) are valid until 1/25/2013 at 12:00 Noon PT.

How do I use my e-Movie Cash certificate?
Print your e-Movie Cash certificate(s) and use them at any participating theater. To locate a participating theater, go to http://emoviecash.com/locator/dev.php.

e-Movie Cash certificates can be used for up to $12.00 towards box office admission to the movie specified on the certificate. Please present your e-Movie Cash certificate at a participating theater. Your e-Movie Cash certificate is not valid with any other offer, no change will be provided, not redeemable for cash, and only valid in the United States. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or expired. You MUST present your SAG-AFTRA ID card at the time of admission.

Can e-Movie Cash certificates be used for "no pass / no coupon" showings?
Yes, you may use your e-Movie Cash certificate for all showings of LES MISERABLES, LINCOLN, SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK, and THE MASTER even those designated as "no pass/ no coupon" shows.

What happens if my admission is more than $12.00? 
If your admission price is more than $12.00 you will be responsible for paying the difference at the box office.

What happens if my admission is less than $12.00? 
No change is provided.

Which theaters will accept my e-Movie Cash certificate?
For participating theaters, go to http://emoviecash.com/locator/dev.php

Be sure to check and make sure that the theater is playing the movie listed on your certificate.  You MUST present your SAG-AFTRA ID card at the time of admission.

What do I do if a participating e-Movie Cash theater does not accept my e-Movie Cash certificate?
As long as the e-Movie Cash certificate is not expired, you may contact Customer Service and tell us which theater it was. We will then contact that theater and let you know when you may return to use your e-Movie Cash certificate.

There are no participating theaters in my area. What can I do?
If you do not have a participating theater within 30 miles, please contact Customer Service.

My e-Movie Cash certificate has expired. Can I get a replacement?
No, expired e-Movie Cash certificates may not be replaced.

Can I make copies of my e-Movie Cash certificate?
No mechanically reproduced, forged or altered official e-Movie Cash certificates will be accepted. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes.

Can I give my e-Movie Cash certificate to someone else to use?
No, e-Movie Cash certificates are non-transferable. You MUST present your SAG-AFTRA ID card at the time of admission.

I do not have access to a printer. How can I print out my e-Movie Cash certificate?
If you do not have access to a printer on your current computer, you can save a copy of the file to your desktop and forward the certificates to another computer that has access to a printer. To save the file to your desktop, choose one of the following options: 

(1) If you are using a Windows PC click the Print Now button and wait for the pdf document to open in your browser. Then click FILE on the upper left corner of the window and then SAVE A COPY. Select "Desktop" as a location on your computer to save the file, and then click "OK". The pdf file containing your certificate(s) will appear on your desktop. 

(2) If you are using an Apple Computer and the Safari browser, click the Print Now button and wait for the pdf document to open in your browser. Then click FILE on the upper left corner of the window and then SAVE AS. select "Desktop" as the location to save the file and click "Save". The file will appear on your desktop. To print the saved certificate(s) at a later time, just print the certificate(s) like you would print any other document.

The theater is asking for my address and zip code to enter into their POS terminal, what do I tell them?
The theater should enter the address and zip code printed on your e-Movie Cash certificate. The address is 111 John Street, 27th Floor, New York, NY 10038.

I have a question or complaint about a movie theater.
e-Movie Cash operates independently from the theaters. If you have a specific question regarding your local theater i.e. available theater amenities, certificate category, age policies, or when a particular movie will be coming to your local theater, you must contact the theater directly.

I received an "Internal Error" message. What does this mean?
This problem usually occurs if your browser has not been set to accept "cookies." Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by e-Movie Cash and other Websites you visit. Your Internet browser must be set to accept cookies. The process required to accept cookies differs for each browser, but you should be able to access instructions through the "Help" menu on your browser. Once your browser settings have been changed be sure to close and restart your Internet browser application. Please remember, if you are running any software that filters or blocks cookies, you may still have this problem even if your browser is set to accept cookies. Similarly, some third-party applications, which kill pop-ups, also prevent cookies from being set.
